We can't ADD new things (at least not yet), we can only redefine existing things by changing their definitions. For those who are not into modding and will be wondering and saying how this character looks, talks, and do other stuff like Zer0, well, Borderlands 2 modding is very limited in what we can do. This custom Vault Hunter replaces Zer0 (obviously).
